✅ Refund Policy

Payments for lessons and packages are non-refundable once the first lesson or online portion has been accessed or completed.
Unused lessons may be rescheduled or credited toward another student with prior approval.

If the school must cancel or reschedule a lesson for any reason, a full credit for the missed lesson will be provided.

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

Students may reschedule lessons with 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
Rescheduling with less than 24-hours notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged $49 + tax.

🚦 Safety Policy

For the safety of all students and instructors:

  • Students must arrive sober, alert, and ready to drive

  • Students must bring a valid G1/G2/G licence to every lesson

  • Closed-toe shoes are required (no slippers/sandals)

  • If the instructor determines a student is not fit to drive, the lesson will be cancelled and the late-cancellation fee will apply

Seatbelts must be worn at all times and safe driving behavior is required during all lessons.

📄 Terms & Conditions (BDE Students)

  • Students must complete 20 hours online, 10 hours digital homework, and 10 hours in-car lessons to receive certification

  • Online course access is active for one year from registration

  • All in-car hours must be completed within one year to qualify for the MTO certificate

  • Missed or incomplete modules may delay certification

  • Student must have a valid G1 licence before beginning in-car lessons

  • Use of school vehicle for road test includes one warm-up lesson before test day

MTO certificate is issued after full completion of all course components and verified attendance.

📞 Road Test Vehicle Policy

Use of the school vehicle for a road test requires:

  • Valid licence and eligibility to test

  • Completion of at least one in-car lesson

  • Test booking confirmation

If the student fails to appear on test day, the full vehicle fee is non-refundable.

🎯 Optional Add-On: Parent/Student Agreement Message

Our goal is to prepare every student to be a confident, safe, responsible driver. Progress depends on practice — we encourage students to practice between lessons to build strong driving habits.

BDE Course Two-Instalment Payment Option (E-transfer Only):

For the BDE Course only, students may choose to pay in two instalments by E-transfer. The first payment (50%) is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance (50%) must be paid prior to the start of in-car training. All BDE fees must be paid in full before any lessons can be scheduled.
